Development
Product development is undertaken in close dialogue with the client. Technology and experience are the prerequisites here for functionality and quality. Available for this are powerful tools, such as 3D CAD and FEM programmes. Using rapid prototyping it is possible to produce the item as a physical prototype even at the development stage. At this juncture the component or product can thus already be optimised for the subsequent manufacturing process.
Materials laboratory
Our in-house materials laboratory plays a role in all product development and optimisation. Ideas get tested here for feasibility. Extensive analyses at every stage of production right through to the finished article ensure the products' quality. Available for the wide spectrum of laboratory work is a comprehensive set of equipment for all sorts of different procedures.
Assembly
Final assembly of the components reflects the appropriate assembly philosophy, based on quantity and the number of different versions. The range of systems and services includes flexible, hybrid assembly systems, fully automatic assembling and testing machines and manual assembly.
Logistics
The products are stored in the numbers desired by the customer in our fully automatic high-rack warehouse ready to be called down. They then get picked as requested and shipped out on time by carrier.
