- The quality of the entire production process safeguarded by our ‘staff self inspection’ procedure.
- Production process tracking ensured.
- Critical properties recorded and assessed using quality control charts.
- Assessments based on Cmk and Cpk capability indices
- Permanent monitoring of H5 precision levels using a Leitz 3D meter and an OGP reflected light microscope.
- Our 3D meter is fitted with a scanning function that can be used to scan the most complex of shapes and to perform an set actual-vs-target comparison.
- Materials tests are performed in the central lab using REMb, as are porosity and structure assessments.
Because the environment is dear to us
Protecting people and the environment is our primary concern. We adhere not only to the legislator’s social and ecological directives, but also to the strict EU regulations of the REACH system. We have been members of the UN ‘Global Compact’ organisation since 2006.
We pay particular attention to protecting our employees, the people in our neighbourhood and, of course, our unique Black Forest countryside.
The latest manufacturing technologies, internal quality assurance systems and comprehensive safety strategies provide an extremely high degree of control to effectively avoid any accidents.
